2013, That's a Wrap

Here we are less than five hours away from the end of 2013. The Earth is ready to finish yet another lap around the sun. I just hope there isn't a blue shell following us (in the form of a civilization ending asteroid the governments of the world chose not to tell us about).

To my readers that have already living in 2014, happy new year! I hope it's the best yet for you yet.

2013 was a rough year financially for myself and countless other families. Despite the money woes, I'm lucky and thankful for my family and the support and patience they've shown me as we trudged through the final months of the year.

For the new year I promise to continue to be the best husband and father I can possibly be. I wish I could guarantee without a shadow of a doubt that next year will be better, but I can promise that I'll do everything in my ability to try for it.
