Paranormal stuff

This weekend the family and I are visiting Caiti's parents in Granite Falls NC. It's a nice small community that reminds me of my own home town. A short drive down the road puts you in Hickory, which has all the staples of Bristol or any other small city. In other words, nothing out of the ordinary.

Whenever im down here though, especially at night, I feel compelled to research paranormal things. Such as ghosts, aliens and ufos. I'm typically always interested in such things but when im down here its like all I want to research.

Im not saying anything has happened here or anything, it just has a great atmosphere, especially as halloween draws near. Looking out the back kitchen door here, at the end of the yard, is a dark wood. It just sets my mind stirring.

One place i like to visit is http://openmindsforum.com. It's a pretty large collection of paranormal articles, videos, and discussions, with a decent sized collection of believers/crackpots to read from.
